CCA parent company CSCEC moved up five spots to No. 9 on this year’s Fortune Global 500 list published Aug. 3.

CCA ranked No. 54 on the Engineering News-Record (ENR) 2021 Top 100 Green Building Contractors list — measured by contracting revenue from projects registered with or certified by third-party rating organization under objective sustainable-design standards. This is the fourth consecutive year CCA has ranked on the list since it submitted its first nomination in 2018.

For the sixth consecutive year, CCA's parent company, CSCEC, ranked No. 1 on Engineering News-Record (ENR)’s Top 250 Global Contractors, with worldwide construction contracting revenue of $195.66 billion.

CSCEC, CCA’s parent company, ranked third on the prominent 2021 Fortune China 500 list for the ninth consecutive year.

Plaza Construction took the No. 7 spots on both of The Real Deal’s Top Construction Firms by Total Project Cost list and by Square Footage list in Manhattan, garnering it as one of New York City’s leading construction firms and general contracting companies.

On Fortune magazine’s 2020 Global 500 list, CCA’s parent company China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) rose three spots from 2019 to No. 18.

CCA ranked as the 57th-largest contractor in the United States on the Engineering News-Record (ENR) 2020 Top 400 Contractors list with a total revenue of $1.456 billion in 2019.

CCA hit a record high on the newly released Engineering News-Record (ENR) 2019 Top 100 Green Building Contractors list and ranked the 53rd-largest green building contractor in the United States.

With global contracting revenue of approximately $170 billion, CCA parent company CSCEC has landed in the No. 1 spot of Engineering News-Record (ENR)’s Top 250 Global Contractors list released Aug. 21, 2019.

CCA parent company CSCEC jumped two spots to No. 21 on Fortune magazine’s Global 500 list. With total assets of $273 billion, CSCEC has secured its leading position in the global engineering and construction sector for the seventh year.

Plaza has been recognized as one of the Top 10 Construction Firms in NYC for 2018 by Commercial Observer.

CCA was ranked the 95th-largest green building contractor in the United States on the Engineering News-Record (ENR) 2018 Top 100 Green Building Contractors — the first time the company has made the list — with total green revenue of $64.97 million.
