Plaza Construction relaunched its Luxury Homes Division recently to meet the increasing demand from the luxury single-family home and condominium market. Bringing best-in-class services to the luxury single-family home market in Miami, Fl and beyond, the division will include a concierge of specialized and experienced industry professionals familiar with working alongside first-class archi-tects and designers.

With the exterior work of the South Street Seaport District’s landmark Tin Building in New York City nearing completion, the project was featured in New York YIMBY, an online publication covering the region’s evolving architecture, construction and real estate industry.

On Mar. 4, 75 Park Lane, a newly opened world-class luxury tower in Jersey City’s master-planned Newport community, welcomed over 100 brokers to preview its model homes and spectacular amenities.

YIMBY went on a tour of Greenwich West, Strategic Capital’s first luxury condo development in Manhattan. The 30-story residential building is being built by Plaza Construction and nearing completion in Hudson Square.

One Thousand Museum, the landmark condominium built by Plaza Construction, has officially received its temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO).

Plaza Construction was awarded the China Mobile International (CMI) Data Center Development project in San Jose, California. The award was a result of cooperation between Plaza Construction, CCA South America and CCA UniBuy and marks CCA’s first date center project in California.
