Company Seeks Protection via U.S. Chapter 11 Process to Preserve Value for Stakeholders While it Appeals an Error-Ridden Judgment

Morristown, New Jersey, December 22, 2024 – CCA Construction, Inc. (“CCA” or the “Company”) today announced it has taken strategic actions to protect its interests and those of its stakeholders following the New York State Supreme Court’s erroneous decision in the Baha Mar resort dispute with BML Properties. The actions are designed to preserve CCA’s pursuit of its appeal of the Court’s flawed analysis and to protect the interests of CCA’s stakeholders during the appeals process.

On Mar. 4, 75 Park Lane, a newly opened world-class luxury tower in Jersey City’s master-planned Newport community, welcomed over 100 brokers to preview its model homes and spectacular amenities.

CCA was ranked the 46th-largest contractor in the United States on the Engineering News-Record (ENR) 2018 Top 400 Contractors list with total revenue of $1.574 billion. The company was also ranked 44th on the Top 100 Contractors by New Contracts ranking with total contracts valued at $1.782 billion last year.

China Institute hosted its 2017 annual Blue Cloud Gala at the Cunard Building in Lower Manhattan. More than 300 global leaders from culture, business and fashion participated in the event. Ning Yuan, chairman and president of China Construction America (CCA), was presented with the Blue Cloud Award for his significant contributions to the China-US relations.
