PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Located on thriving H Street just steps from Union Station and a short walk to the Capitol building, this 510,000-square-foot, mixed-use, residential development consists of 378 luxurious, open-concept units, two levels of underground parking — 309 spaces with 10 electric car charging stations — and 27,000 square feet of state-of-the art amenities.
On-site amenities include a 110-foot, resort-style, rooftop pool with hot tub and cabanas, a 6,200-square-foot fitness center with spin and yoga studios, a professional demonstration kitchen, interior pet spa and rooftop dog walk, as well as 23,000 square feet of retail space. The main lobby features oversized blackened steel-framed terrariums and storefronts with an expansive reclaimed wood ceiling.
Station House, which was designed to achieve LEED Silver designation, showcases two landscaped courtyards that feature a tranquility garden with a water wall, as well as a community rooftop garden. This project has alternating rooftops on the sixth, seventh and 10th floors with setbacks at various levels, resulting in over 125 distinct unit types. The below-grade structure consists of cast-in-place concrete and the above-grade superstructure is post-tensioned concrete.
