PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Riverhouse is a high-end residential building that includes a health club, swimming pool, spa and multi-level underground parking. The 32-story, 625,000-square-foot project has, 250 luxury condominiums.

Photovoltaic panels integrated into the project track the sun across the sky to generate more than 40kw of power. The project also features an internal 35,000-gallon per day sewage-treatment system that recycles waste water for cooling and flushing toilets. The windows are manually adjustable triple glaze systems, the first of their kind installed in a Manhattan condominium building, with internal shading devices. Lobbies are heated and cooled using geothermal walls.

This project has received the LEED Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
