PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The condominium project will have 50 residences, including 46 exclusive residences and four ocean villas. A floating resort will be situated above Ocean Drive.
One Ocean South Beach will be built at 1 Ocean Drive in the South Beach neighborhood.
Floor plans will range from about 2,000 square feet to more than 3,500 square feet with flow-through floor plans and private elevators.
The project also features an outdoor clubhouse, infinity edge pool deck, a state-of-the-art fitness center, gardens and street-level retail spaces.
