With Plaza Construction’s creative planning and scheduling, construction was divided into several phases to minimize disturbance, allowing the client to continue living in the residence during construction.

Our goal was to deliver a renovated home that combines the original architecture with the design intent of the world-renowned and award-winning Clodagh Design Studio. This design-build project required constant communication between our team and the designers to ensure that the finished product accurately reflected the owner’s vision for the space.

Our team members worked diligently to review all construction documents, adding value engineering to the initial design, offering savings to the owner without jeopardizing Clodagh’s vision. With our suggestions and directives, alternatives were implemented and significant cost savings were achieved.
