PROJECT DESCRIPTION
As the only apartment community located adjacent to the Yonkers Metro North platform, Hudson Park stands out in the neighborhood’s flagship apartment community.
With a Walk Score of 90, Hudson Park is one of the newest additions to the revival of downtown Yonkers that is drawing new residents seeking livable, walkable and transit-oriented urban living.
Hudson Park is a 560-unit waterfront community on the Hudson River with 18,606 square feet of professional office and retail space.
Hudson Park consists of three components: Hudson Park South, Hudson Park North and Hudson Park Phase III. Hudson Park South (“HPS” or “Phase I”), the catalyst to the redevelopment of the Yonkers waterfront, was completed in the spring of 2003 and was the first community to be developed on the Hudson River in Yonkers in over 30 years. HPS consists of 266 one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments and 18,606 square feet of well-leased professional office and retail space that complements the residential base. Hudson Park North (“HPN” or “Phase II”), the second phase of the redevelopment, was completed in the spring of 2008 and consists of 294 one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments.
Hudson Park also includes a 0.23-acre site (“Hudson Park Land” or “HPIII”) that is approved for a 23-story apartment building consisting of 222 units, 8,192 square feet of state-of-the-art amenity space (Hudson River Club), an indoor pool, rooftop deck and fitness club. Each building at HPS has a separate parking garage while HPN and Phase III will share an existing garage that will be expanded by up to two additional floors and 164 spaces.
