PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Delray Beach, this award-winning, continuing-care retirement community will feature a $14 million expansion and renovation. The beautifully designed project will enhance the existing structure and better serve the large population of seniors in the community.
The four-phase project, which will take 17 months to complete, includes the renovation of the North Tower, building a lifelong learning center and library, renovating the 50,000-square-foot clubhouse, building a new kitchen and dining facility and renovating the 6,000 square-foot theater.
The existing retirement community operated seamlessly during the renovations. The new construction is expected to be completed on time and within budget.
