PROJECT DESCRIPTION
CCA has constructed numerous projects for the Consulates General of China in the Americas, including the office buildings of the Consulate General of China in Chicago, Houston and Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, as well as the office and residential towers of the Consulate General of China in New York.
CCA was the construction manager of the rehabilitation project owned by the Consulate General of China in New York. The project included installing new stone panels and windows for the 20-story building, renovating the interiors, as well as constructing a visa center, ballroom, multipurpose room, garage, roof garden and swimming pool. Started in 2000, the project was completed in about two years.
