PROJECT DESCRIPTION
At 79 stories and measuring 900 feet from sea level, this new tower will further enhance Jersey City’s ongoing campaign to “dramatically remake the Jersey City skyline,” according to Mayor Fulop. The 1.4-million-square-foot residential and mixed-use tower will be the tallest building in the State of New Jersey.
Standing along the Hudson waterfront, the new tower will include 781 condominium units, 12 elevators, and a luxurious 9,000-square-foot lobby with millwork, fabric walls, stone flooring and glass entrances. Approximately 15,000 square feet of commercial and retail space is included, along with a 7,000-square-foot plaza. The facade will be limestone, glass and aluminum.
Additionally, the building will contain a 756-space, eight story above-ground parking garage, along with rooftop amenities that include a 40,000-gallon outdoor swimming pool, saunas, hot tubs, spas, playroom, library, and meeting rooms.
