An elaborate 16,000-square-foot recreation deck, which sits atop the garage podium, features club rooms, a theatre, pool, spa, and fitness center. Another 4,000-square-foot amenities deck with cabanas, a party room, bar, and infinity-edge pool are located on the building’s rooftop.

The development’s massive concrete structure, which is supported by 240 auger cast piles and spread footings, includes post-tensioned slabs, glass balcony rails, frosted balcony dividers and green screen at the garage.
