Plaza Construction celebrated the topping out of The Gateway at Wynwood in Miami, Fla., on Nov. 19, 2020.
Located minutes away from downtown Miami and Miami Beach as well as Miami International Airport and PortMiami, The Gateway at Wynwood will have about 195,000 square feet of Class A office space, nearly 25,900 square feet of prime street-level retail, a private rooftop terrace and a garage.
Renowned Miami architect Kobi Karp found inspiration in the Wynwood neighborhood’s artistic spirit and modern vibe to design The Gateway at Wynwood. Breaking ground in Jan. 2020, the mixed-use tower is now taking shape during the coronavirus pandemic.
