Every April 2, Autism Speaks celebrates with its Light It Up Blue campaign to increase awareness about autism. For the sixth consecutive year, CCA is proud to continue its tradition of joining the Autism Speaks initiative of going blue and embracing inclusion in 2021. We encourage all employees to wear the color blue — a blue shirt, a blue hat, blue tie, a blue dress or mask up in blue this Friday to honor inclusion and kindness in society.
We ask everyone across all CCA locations to join together virtually on Friday by tagging yourselves, your families or pets wearing blue on social media using the hashtag #LoveCCA.
Hundreds of thousands of landmarks, buildings, homes and communities around the world come together on April 2, Autism Awareness Day, to Light It Up Blue in recognition of people with autism and those who love and support them. Founded in 2005, Autism Speaks is the largest autism advocacy organization in the United States that sponsors autism research and conducts awareness and outreach activities aimed at families, governments and the public. On behalf of the Office of the Chairman, we look forward to lighting it up blue with all of you once again.
