CCA Won the Low Bid on Irmo High School Additions& Renovations Project

CCA South Carolina won the low bid on the Irmo High School Additions& Renovations Project (IHS).
With a contract value of $21.9 million, the project will last for 21 months. Located in Irmo, South Carolina, the project is designed to include one new auditorium, one new field house and renovations to many existing buildings, which total up to 55,000sf.
Irmo High School is a three-time National Blue Ribbon School that offers a variety of academic programs including college preparatory, gifted and talented and special education. The school was founded in 1928 and is a four year public school. The Additions& Renovations project is a very important improvement to the school, which draws a lot attention from 139 faculties, 1,900 students and their families. This project is also one of the most important projects carried out by School District Five of Lexington& Richland Counties.
