The Pulaski Skyway is a landmark structure in New Jersey which was opened to traffic in 1932. As an important part of Route 1&9, the bridge connects Jersey City, South Kearny, and Newark, and serves as an express link to and from the Holland Tunnel. According to the contract, CCA Civil needs to finish replacing the deck of the bridge in the northbound direction within 21-month, while making the least impact on the estimated 67,000 vehicles that use the bridge daily.
