One Thousand Museum Receives its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy

One Thousand Museum, the landmark condominium built by Plaza Construction, has officially received its temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO).
Located in downtown Miami, One Thousand Museum is the new landmark skyscraper and the last masterpiece designed by Zaha Hadid. With a total of 83 units on 62 floors, the development features world-class facilities, including a swimming pool on top of the building, a fitness center and business rooms. It is the first residential development which has its own rooftop helipad in South Florida.
