Rising 290 feet, the West SoHo Tower Combines Classic New York Design and a French Aesthetic

Strategic Capital, Cape Advisors, and Forum Absolute Capital Partners announce today that West Soho’s newest residential tower, Greenwich West, has risen to its full 30-story height. The building broke ground in July 2018 and launched sales of its 170 residences this fall, with closings slated to begin in early 2020. As one of the tallest buildings in the area, the condominium offers sweeping panoramas of the Hudson River, New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty and the New York City skyline. Designed by a team of acclaimed Paris- and New York-based architects whose elegant vision fuses a reinterpretation of classic New York architecture with a French aesthetic, Greenwich West is seamlessly woven into the urban fabric of West Soho’s historic streetscape.

Plaza Construction has been selected as the builder for SkyRise Miami, a 1,000-foot-tall entertainment and observation tower to be constructed in downtown Miami overlooking the iconic Biscayne Bay.
