This project has received the LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Built in accordance with the Battery Park City Authority’s Green Residential Guidelines, Liberty Luxe / Liberty Green feature on-site renewable power generation with photovoltaic panels integrated into the buildings, combined heat and power systems, on-site sewage treatment / water reclamation systems (CHP-“Cogen”), stormwater retention / reuse systems and environmentally friendly building materials and finishes.
