Margaritaville Beach Resort at THE POINTE Receives Certificate of Occupancy

Margaritaville Beach Resort and Fins Up! Water Park at THE POINTE received their certificates of occupancy (COs) from the Bahamas Ministry of Public Works on July 7, 2021.
Margaritaville Beach Resort is located on the western tip of Nassau’s bustling downtown neighborhood just steps from the cruise port. The resort offers 155 hotel rooms and 129 condominiums with contemporary design and high-end furniture.
Developed by CCA South America, THE POINTE is the only mixed-use development in downtown Nassau, The Bahamas. The project was recognized as a catalyst of downtown revitalization and includes Margaritaville Beach Resort, the One Particular Harbour residential building, Fins Up! Water Park, Pointe Marina and various entertainment options.
